The RM1x has a built in sound module based on the Yamaha AWM2 tone generator block, producing sounds.There ar timbres selected from 654 voices and 46 drum kits.
The Yamaha RM1x is a groovebox created by Yamaha from 1999 to 2002. It integrated several components and had midi inputs and outputs – it could be used as a sequencer, drum machine, sound module and control surface.
These plugins are samples of each of the built in presets.
Recorded via M-Audio Delta 1010 and edited using Reaper and Audition they have been keymapped and looped using Polyphone and then packaged as VST instrument using Synthedit a modular based program designed to create synthesizers and effects.
