This video tutorial deals with setting velocities within the sequencer_megababy plugin in Reaper. Using the Left Click of the mouse whilst holding down the CRtL(win) or CMD(mac) keys you can create edit the velocity of each beat or if you combine it with the ALT key you can control the velocity of the entire row.
